What? A break? I'm a working breed! Well, I do like to lay around with my legs in the air... Okay. Since you said we can rest, we will. Thanks, Ruckus!

Well, it has recently been reported that there is a temporary bacon peanut butter biscuit shortage and we are considering a strike!

It is kind of funny - on a day to celebrate work we all stay home and don't go to work. Love your toys - especially the hammer :)

Someone should tell Bethany and Jason they were supposed to take the day off today... it was just a regular day here. We worked hard at being cute and the humans worked to keep us cute!

We'll work for bacon peanut butter biscuits. Transportation must be provided. Belly rubs too.

We weren't allowed to play with the tools. They are part of one of Bethany's costumes. But we're cute even when working without props, you know.

It is very hard work to be so cute. We've now learned we were supposed to get the day off so I think there will be extra couch time for the rest of the week!

Thank you, Pam. That posing was hard work. Bethany wouldn't let us play with the tools because they are part of a costume she's had for many years. It's okay. We got lot's of treats!

Don't worry, Brian, we were on the couch with our feet in the air for an appropriate amount of Monday time!

With bellies full of bacon peanut butter biscuits after a job well done, we did get a bit of time off.

Was so funny reading this after our weekend of digging up a gas line. Teach needed these guys here helping with all of their tools and the hard hat!! Where did you find all that stuff? So cool. And every time I get a picture of Teach and Roxy (a smooth Collie and Pembroke Corgi) I think of your crew on the other coast!

Teach and Roxy need a weiner friend!! Bethany has had those costume props stored a way for a while. Good thing she finally used them! Next time you have to dig up your yard, you can borrow them... but hopefully that will be never!
