A day in the life of a multiple pet home couch...
These couch comfort scenes were all documented yesterday afternoon.

When packing for a recent camping trip I made sure I had everything I needed for all five pets before gathering what I needed for myself. This meant I had very little room for anything for myself in our tiny station wagon. After spending over four hours setting up the campsite, I decided that I deserved a treat. But all I had packed for myself were my favorite chocolate covered espresso beans. Delicious, yes, but not a good just before dinner snack. The dogs, however, had toted along a picnic box of dog treats from Merrick Pet Care. Well, if I can't treat myself, I may as well treat them. In all honesty, treating Wilhelm, Brychwyn and Huxley is more fun than treating myself and when I choose quality ingredient dog treats, like those made by Merrick, feeding dog treats is definitely more healthy than munching even the most nutritious of my own human snacks.
Merrick Pet Care doesn't just treat dogs. I brought a few cans of Merrick cat food on our camping trip for Amelia. This is only adventure cat Amelia's second multiple night outing and her first camping trip. On her last trip, Amelia was a little slow to accept meal times on the road but she no trouble enjoying her Merrick meals while camping. It is certainly a treat for me to have a trustworthy brand of pet food and treats for all of the camping pets with fur.
Remember to always count the calories of dog treats given in your dogs total intake and calorie burn calculations to keep your dog healthy, slim and fit.

Upon coming across any article with yet another new idea on the best way to clean naturally I usually conclude that it is safest for pets to just not clean at all. That conclusion lasts for about ten seconds when a giant wad of dog hair, cat fur, bird feathers and dust suddenly wafts past my face, blocking the view of the safe and natural cleaning article I was reading. Naturally, I have to clean. Keeping the floors, furniture, pet beds, cages, dishes and the pets themselves clean means we all stay happier and healthier. That is unless I cleaned with products containing chemical ingredients. Chemicals in the home are not healthy for dogs, cats and other pets but they can prove especially deadly to birds. I have always been very particular about what kinds of products I clean with, making the task of housecleaning even more excruciatingly time consuming. But the health of my pets, Jason and I is definitely worth both my research and physical labor time.
We also received an assortment of PL360 grooming products. With the wide variety of dogs I share my life with, I am impressed with the wide variety of products PL360 offers. I chose three bottles, one for the individual issue each dog has. Wilhelm, who has the infamously typical dachshund skin, got Itch Relief Shampoo. The rough in rough collie means Huxley needs a whole lot of extra conditioning so he got All–In–One Shampoo & Conditioner and Brychwyn, the all-star rolling in poop and everything stinky Cascadian Nomads corgi, got Oatmeal Foaming Shampoo. The products all have a pleasantly light fragrance and, despite the fact that clean dogs do not mean I don not have to clean the house, are a wonderful addition to our natural cleaning routine.
Despite my best efforts to never clean the house, clean dogs, as much traveling as I can afford, aiming to be a full time nomad with no house, I know that as long as I share my life with pets, I will have to clean them and their surroundings. And since I always have and always will share my life with pets, cleaning it is. Cleaning naturally matters but I don't care to waste my time on products that don't work. I am thrilled to have been introduced to the PL360 line. Well, as thrilled as someone who is sitting next to a puddle of dog drool, typing on a keyboard with cat paw prints and just saw a feather float past on the floor can be. I guess I had better go clean...
