This is so true - having grown and lived most of my life within 10 minutes of the sea - I can attest to its lure and the fact it never lets you go and when you are away from there is a longing to be close to it again

I find the ocean to be quite mesmerizing myself! Those are some great shots. I'm hoping to join the hop this week....the holidays have me running behind on everything but I think I'll make it! I just need to sit down and figure out what our goals are first. :)

LOVE the quote ... I need to print it over a picture I have of the ocean. Its so true (I have my living room in an "ocean" theme with lots of pictures I've taken from the beach). These black and whites are great, and my favorite is the nose shot.
