We recently had another awesome road trip. It was only 10 days and we stayed in our home state of Washington, Cascadia. Most of our adventures were not fish stories. Most. We'll start sharing the true tails tomorrow. Wait. Tales. No. Both. Thanks for hopping by! |

I hadn't even noticed the shorts! I thought the shoes were funny. We're coming to your state at the end of the month!

You can never catch those ones with tennis shoes, though. They're just too quick.

Thanks, Molly. Silly fish are a great way to spruce up a photo!

Maybe it is depicting the salmon run?

A tale just isn't a tale without tails!

You have some big fishies up there in your neck of the woods

They're fun in sculpture- we wouldn't want to meet them in real life!

Even a slick cat like yourself could probably not catch any fish that large, Brian. But if you did, I'd hope you'd share!

Those are very odd fish. Maybe that's just how they are supposed to look out of the water?

I bet your right, piggies. Things seem larger to us when we look into the water but for fish things are larger in the air!

Oh these poor dogs and the photo opps! We would never get anywhere if I had my way.

Indeed we do. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to get a block with all of the people stopping us to pet and ask about the dogs.

Thanks! It was really great. Unlike the cross-country trip in June, I didn't want to come back home!

Do they ever! It was actually fun on this trip because they turned their annoyance with me into a game of creative posing that made for some interesting shots. They got really into jumping up on things and lining up differently. They enjoyed me giving them some creative control!

Nice pictures (but boxing fish will give me scary dreams). Love Dolly

Don't worry, Dolly, it's just a jogging fish and it would run away from a tough dog like you!

I agree... I stared at it the whole time I ate lunch even though I was on this gorgeous bay.

Thanks, Jackie. We always have awesome tails around here but the tales take a bit more effort!

I've been looking at these photos for a couple of days and not knowing what to say about them! I love both the statues and would love them in my garden, lol! Your dogs are so well trained, I'm envious ... but too lazy to train Frankie and Beryl!
